Foundation guidelines.
Arthritis: People with Arthritis Can Exercise (PACE)
This specialized exercise program has been developed
by the
Arthritis Foundation.
It is highly focused to get individuals with
arthritis to exercise safely and effectively without
flaring up their condition and joints.
Weight
Loss / Management: Use It to Lose It
Research suggests that every pound of excess body
fat results in 3 to 5 pounds of excess force on your
body's joints. Our therapists and personal
trainers have developed this program to comply with
your insurance provider regulations to help you lose
weight and improve joint function.
To qualify for insurance reimbursement for these
programs your insurance providers will require a
referral from your physician and an evaluation with
